Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a successful start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment, we invite you to apply.

Training and mentorship are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as Sales, Bar Staff, Retail, Hospitality, Administration, or Promotional roles, especially those with high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability requirements. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
