As a Rituals Advisor, you will be part of our store team, engaging directly with customers, listening to their needs, and advising them on our products that are the perfect match for them. You will turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience.

This role offers exciting opportunities to grow your career as a luxury sales advisor.

Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help achieve personal and store goals. You will interact with customers daily, ensuring a 'best in class' customer experience, following store operational and safety procedures, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
