Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Christmas temporary Sales Advisor to support our store during peak season. This fixed-term, 4-hour role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards while embodying the Crew Clothing brand.

You will assist customers, explain product features, process transactions accurately, and help create a welcoming shopping environment. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: customer service focused and strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail industry is required.
• Desirable: good IT skills and luxury fashion brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options and ensure customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
