Job summary

Crew Clothing Gloucester Quays is recruiting a Christmas temporary Sales Advisor to join the team for 4 hours per shift on a fixed term contract. You will drive sales by delivering outstanding service and keeping store standards high.

You will help customers with product knowledge, promote multi-channel options, and create a welcoming atmosphere while processing transactions in line with company guidelines. Benefits include uniform contribution and pension plan.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail and brand knowledge is a plus.
• Available to work 4-hour shifts during the Christmas period.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
