Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary role to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. This fixed-term contract (4–8 hours) focuses on helping customers, selling products, and upholding brand presentation.

You will assist shoppers with product knowledge, process transactions, and promote our multi-channel options to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service focused and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in retail helps in understanding product features and store processes.
• Desirable experience in luxury fashion or premium brands.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
