Job summary

Crew Clothing in Canterbury is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary contract (4-8 hours). You will deliver outstanding customer service, help customers, and maintain store standards to boost loyalty during the peak season.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, sharing product knowledge, and guiding customers through our multi-channel options while creating an inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and customer-focused.
• Clear and effective communication with customers.
• Experience working in retail environments and delivering service standards.
• Desirable: good IT skills to support sales and store systems.
• Desirable: experience with luxury fashion brands and high-end customer service.

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
