Job summary

Crew Clothing is hiring a Sales Advisor on a Christmas temporary fixed-term contract. You will deliver outstanding customer service in-store in Harrogate, driving sales and maintaining store standards while guiding customers to our multi-channel shopping options.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills and a passion for fashion. Seasonal hours and an inviting team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a welcoming approach.
• Strong communication skills for product and brand messaging.
• Experience working in retail, preferably fashion or luxury brands.
• Proficient IT skills for sales systems and stock checks.
• Experience in luxury fashion branding is desirable.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
