Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary role in Glasgow. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain high store standards while promoting our multi-channel shopping options.

The role emphasizes a welcoming customer environment and accurate, friendly service. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused with strong communication skills and experience in retail, preferably luxury fashion, and a willingness to support the team during the festive

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is essential.
• Clear communication with customers and team members is required.
• Experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by showing passion for our products and brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with guidelines.
• Be flexible to meet store needs, especially during busy periods.

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
