Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary fixed-term contract (4-8 hours). The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and upholding store standards during the festive period.

You will share accurate product information, highlight features and stock availability, and promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction. Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to engage with customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills for clear product explanations.
• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Desirable IT skills to support POS and basic systems.
• Experience in a luxury fashion brand is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
