Job summary

Crew Clothing East Midlands is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary role. You will generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards to retain customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing product information, promoting multi-channel shopping, creating an inviting atmosphere, processing transactions, and showing flexibility to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused requirement.
• Clear and effective communication with customers.
• Experience in the retail industry is essential or highly desirable.
• Good IT skills are desirable for store operations.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
