Job summary

H&M Cheltenham is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for a 20-hour week at our Cheltenham store. You will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, representing the brand with customers, and supporting a collaborative team to hit store targets.

You will need to be passionate about people and fashion, self-motivated, a strong communicator, and eager to learn. Weekend flexibility is required as part of the role and the team environment will be dynamic and fast-paced.

This is a temporary part-time 20 hour position based in the H&M Cheltenham store. For these position we will require 5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
