Job summary

H&M Birmingham in Bullring Shopping Centre is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires 5 days of flexibility, including weekends, with shifts of 12 and 8 hours.

You will represent the H&M brand, support commercial actions with colleagues, stay informed on fashion trends, and contribute to a dynamic store team focused on customer satisfaction and sales targets.

This is a part time 12 and 8 hour position based in the H&M Birmingham, located in Bullring Shopping centre. For this positions we will require 5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
