  • Providing world-class customer service.
  • Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
  • Achieving daily sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborating with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
  • Managing front-facing duties such as operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
  • Handling daily operations including cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
  • Leading in-store and on-street tastings to enhance the Whittard product experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service.
  • Committing to personal growth and excellence.
