This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Bournemouth store in the Castlepoint Shopping Centre.

As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, promoting campaigns and offers, and contributing to the store's sales and profit. You will work with a team to create an exceptional shopping experience and share product and fashion knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and deliver a great customer experience that supports sales and profit goals.
2. Provide and receive honest feedback to support personal and team development.
3. Follow health and safety routines to ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.
