New Homes Sales Advisor – Edgbaston, Birmingham
Flexible Working | OTE £40,000–£45,000 | Immediate Start

Maitland Selwyn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Experienced New Homes Sales Advisor in the prestigious Edgbaston area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic residential development at the first phase of an exciting 50-unit project.

Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday (flexible: 3, 4 or 5 days per week – no Sundays)
Salary: £30,000 basic (pro-rata) + OTE of £40,000–£45,000
Start Date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities:

  • Represent the developer on-site, welcoming and guiding prospective buyers

  • Convert enquiries into sales through exceptional customer service and follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records of viewings, feedback, and sales progression

  • Work closely with site and head office teams to ensure smooth transactions

  • Assist with marketing events and the presentation of show homes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales is essential

  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Excellent communication and organisation

  • Ability to work independently across a flexible rota
