Job summary

Seasalt in Norwich is recruiting a Part Time Sales Advisor on an 8 hour temporary contract to join our beautiful shop. You will deliver exceptional service, promote our online channel, and support the store team to reach sales targets while upholding brand standards.

You’ll be a friendly ambassador, with strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, helping with stock, visual merchandising and daily store operations. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and inspiring service with knowledge of the brand, products and services.

• Support Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Assist with store merchandising, stock management, loss prevention and safety standards.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 8 hour temporary contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Norwich.

You’ll help us by:

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
