ProCook is seeking a customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Ditchling Store. The role involves engaging customers, guiding product choices, and delivering excellent service to help customers find the perfect product for their culinary style.

You will join a friendly team with clear performance targets, structured training, and bonus opportunities based on targets. Weekend availability and 8-hour shifts are required for the part-time positions.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Ditchling Store! We have 2 x 8hrs permanent part time contracts working over the weekend.
