Job summary

Crew Clothing Thame is seeking a Sales Advisor for part-time hours (4 hours per week) to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store standards. You will help generate sales and ensure customer loyalty by showcasing our products and brand values in a welcoming setting.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and a flexible approach to meet the store’s needs in a luxury fashion environment. Training and development are available as part of our retail team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.

• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
