Job summary

Crew Clothing Clitheroe is seeking a part‑time Sales Advisor (4 hours per week) to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. You'll help customers with product information, promote multi-channel shopping, and create a welcoming atmosphere while handling transactions.

The role emphasises collaboration, kindness and a passion for fashion, with opportunities to grow within a supportive retail team.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to engage customers.
• Excellent communication with shoppers and peers.
• Experience in retail or fashion retail preferred.
• IT skills or familiarity with store systems is a plus.
• Experience in luxury fashion branding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
