Inspired by land and sea, waves, and coastline, we have been designing in the South West since 1988 and have grown into a beloved Devon brand known for its iconic print designs.

Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team passionate about our product and engaging with customers to deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Role

  1. Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand, and processing sales transactions with care.
  2. Ensure customers have a positive experience in our store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a healthy and safe store environment.
  4. Provide customers with information about our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
  5. Assist in implementing markdowns and price alterations within agreed timescales.
  6. Keep products tidy, presentable, and replenish stock as needed.
  7. Support merchandising efforts according to our guidelines.
  8. Take on keyholder responsibilities.

What you will bring on the journey

  • A warm and friendly manner that aligns with our culture.
  • A passion for selling and engaging with customers.
  • An understanding of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
  • Competence in till operations and cash/card handling.
  • Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

What we offer you

  • Rest and relaxation are important. We offer above statutory holiday entitlement—33 days per year (including bank holidays). After 5 years, you will be rewarded with an extra 2 days. All holiday is pro-rata for part-time staff.
