About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, passionate, and committed to providing the best service. They care about their customers and our business, forming the foundation of our success.

We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Main duties include:

  1. Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
  2. Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
  3. Fully satisfying customer needs regarding part orders, returns, or queries
  4. Contributing to a positive team performance while working towards personal sales benchmarks
  5. Liaising with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met
  6. Developing product knowledge through studying internal literature
  7. Using the e-learning portal to improve performance

Working hours: Approximately Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays

About You

Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
  2. Organized with great attention to detail
  3. Customer-focused
  4. Target-driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection
  5. Willing to learn and develop
  6. Team player with the ability to work independently
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. IT literate
  9. Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is a plus but not essential
