About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, passionate, and always ensure they provide the best service. They care about their customers and our business, forming the foundation of our success.

We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing towards achieving sales targets.

Main duties include:

  1. Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
  2. Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
  3. Fully satisfying customer needs regarding part orders, requests, or queries
  4. Contributing to a positive team performance while working on personal benchmarks to optimize sales
  5. Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements
  6. Developing product knowledge through internal literature
  7. Using the E-learning portal to improve performance

Working hours: average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ability to work well and deliver results under pressure

  • Target driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection
  • Willing to learn and develop
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
