Job summary

Crew Clothing East Midlands is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary role in-store. The position is a fixed-term contract working 4 hours per shift, aimed at generating sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.

You will help customers with product information, stock checks and guide them through our multi-channel options, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth transactions. Prior retail experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service focused and able to build rapport with shoppers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain product features clearly.
• Experience working in retail helps deliver excellent store service.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
