About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, passionate, and always committed to providing the best service. They care about their customers and our business, forming the foundation of our success.

We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Main duties include:

  1. Developing strong customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
  2. Collaborating with the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone and electronic queries.
  3. Fully satisfying customer needs regarding parts orders, requests, or queries.
  4. Contributing to a positive team environment while working towards personal sales benchmarks.
  5. Liaising with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  6. Enhancing product knowledge through internal literature studies.
  7. Utilizing the E-learning portal to improve performance.

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternating Saturdays.

About You

Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
  2. Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Customer-focused attitude.
  4. Target-driven with motivation for sales and resilience to rejection.
  5. Willingness to learn and develop.
  6. A team player who can also work independently.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. IT literate.
  9. Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is beneficial but not essential.
