Sales Advisor Health & Safety and HR Consultancy
  • Role: Sales Advisor
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Hours: 25 - 37 hours per week, depending on individual requirements
  • Salary: Basic salary dependent on experience + 20% uncapped commission (subject to conditions) + Profit Share Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package. Realistic 1st year Earnings of £40,000 (FTE)
  • Location: Hilton Hall, Essington, Wolverhampton

About the Sales Advisor role

As our Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our consultancy connecting with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and offering services that make a real difference.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across sectors
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings (virtual & in-person)
  • Present bespoke solutions aligned with client needs and compliance goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Support with the set up of a new CRM system
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Support with the production of marketing and social media content
  • Attend networking events on occasion
About you

You’re a driven, confident and commercially savvy individual.

Our Sales Advisor will bring:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients
  • Proven B2B sales experience is not essential, but desirable

It is essential that you hold a full, valid UK driving licence and you have your own vehicle.
