Sales Advisor – Strood (ME2 4AD) - Plumb Centre

As Sales Advisor in Strood (ME2 4AD) branch you’ll be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter, identifying customer requirements and providing product recommendations. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. Supporting with other areas of the branch required for example carrying out warehouse duties when required and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5pm and every other Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm.
