Join our dynamic team at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South as a Sales Advisor. Whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we offer a clear path to success with full training, structured onboarding, and exceptional earning potential.

  • Competitive Pay: £28,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £34,000+, and the potential to exceed this.
  • Career Progression: After 6 months, you can transition to a Sales Executive role, increasing your OTE to £45,000+ and gaining access to a Company Car.
  • Work-Life Balance: 40-hour work week across five 8-hour shifts. Most Saturdays required, but you'll always have a guaranteed weekday off. We're closed every Sunday.
What You'll Do

As a Sales Advisor, you'll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from test drives and finance options to accessories and aftercare. You'll engage with customers in-store, online, by phone, and via video, both locally and nationally.

No prior experience is necessary—just the drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.

All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led field we want to hear from you!
