A leading customer service company is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time, permanent role in Northampton. This position involves managing customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring accurate order processing. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing administrative support to our external Area Sales Managers
Preparing customer quotations with managed statistics
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Managing and updating customer records in our database
Proactively handling sales leads and opportunities
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer applications
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with Sage software (training provided)
Full time, permanent role with a salary level of £25k per annum + Bonus (based on performance targets)
