Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors for our Kia & Hyundai dealerships in Newport. You will be responsible for selling vehicles, as well as promoting Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection.

Job Specification

As a Sales Advisor, you will support our customers throughout their buying journey – from their first contact with us to the delivery of their new car. During our comprehensive training and development programme, you will learn how to meet and greet customers, prospect and set appointments; fully qualify customer needs; and professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulations.

Person Specification

Customer focus is at the core of everything we do. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. Being organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a results-driven environment is essential. Previous sales experience is not required; however, a positive attitude and dedication to achieving full sales executive status and building a successful career in sales are important.
