The AA in Newcastle is seeking a Sales Customer Service Advisor to speak with new customers about AA Motor and Home Insurance. You will listen to individual needs, explain options and guide customers toward suitable cover while upholding regulatory standards.
With a 40-hour week across Monday to Saturday shifts, you will work in a hybrid setup after achieving competency, and earn a base salary of £26,550 with incentives up to £9,600. Start date 2 November 2026.

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days a week. Monday-Friday shifts between 08:00-19:00, and Saturdays 09:00-17:00.
