Sales Adviser

Fawkes & Reece are recruiting for a Sales Adviser for a medium-sized house builder in Milton Keynes. Two positions are available.

About the role of Sales Adviser

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the features and benefits of our new residential developments. Your expertise in sales and customer service will support clients in making informed decisions about their future homes.

Responsibilities for Sales Adviser

1. Engage with prospective customers and assess their home buying needs
2. Present information on property features, pricing, and the home buying process
3. Assist clients from initial enquiry through to sale completion
4. Coordinate viewings, property presentations, and on-site consultations
5. Work in collaboration with marketing and finance teams to support sales processes
6. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities
7. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales

Requirements for Sales Adviser

1. Proven experience in sales within the property market or a related industry
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. A strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
