Job description

As a Sales Advisor, your role is to create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. You will assist with the daily operational running of the store, focusing on customer service and working as part of a supportive team to achieve key targets that drive store success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers and provide excellent service by listening to their needs.
  2. Provide expert advice on perfume choices—training will be provided.
  3. Help the team achieve and exceed store and individual targets, with incentives and prizes for success.
  4. Offer every customer a free reward card to maximize future offers and savings.
