What You'll Do

As a Sales Adviser, you'll guide customers through finding and buying their new home, delivering great service from first enquiry to completion. You'll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and confidently present our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use strong communication skills to listen, ask the right questions, and close sales
  • Build rapport and deliver engaging home demonstrations
Follow up leads effectively to drive site visits
  • Maintain excellent local knowledge – schools, transport, amenities, and competition
  • Understand our product, pricing, schemes, and incentives
  • Meet sales targets and support the wider sales team
