Knowing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Retail related to the store (including. . previous years’ figures): Sales according to Budget, Average Receipt Price, Conversion Rate,. . UPT.. . Customer Service. Guaranteeing the customer satisfaction standards set by Retail Management and assessed via. . the Mystery Shopper.. . Applying Camper’s Customer Services policies:. Following the steps of the Sales Cycle. Applying specific SELL FOR SUCCESS training.. Knowing how to transmit product benefits and care tips to the customer.. Applying Camper’s guarantees in the event of returns and exchanges, ensuring. . complete customer satisfaction.. . Encouraging customer loyalty. Developing and maintaining commercial relations with. . customers with the aim of reinforcing the brand’s image and prestige.. . Operations and Procedures. Store Operations:. Opening and closing the Store.. Managing using the SAP program: product registration and reception, product. . returns, orders and transfers between stores, stocktaking, faulty goods, CLUB. .
