As a Sales Advisor based in our Irvine Branch you’ll be responsible for:

Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse

This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8am - 12.noon.
