As a Sales Advisor based in our Huddersfield branch, you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

• Supporting with relief delivery driving when needed if you have a driving licence.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid at standard rate overtime.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Plumbing & Heating or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Sales or customer service experience

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.

• Full Driving licence is preferred.

• Ambitious approach with an eagerness to learn.
