H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Bluewater Shopping Centre store on temporary contracts (8hrs, 12hrs, 16hrs and 20hrs). You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, engage with customers, and support with commercial and operational actions to achieve store targets.

These are temporary contracts (8hrs, 12hrs, 16hrs and 20hrs) based in H&M Bluewater Shopping Centre store. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.


• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.


• Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.


• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
