Job description

As a Sales Advisor based in our Barking branch, you'll be responsible for:

1. Ensuring that quote requests are processed accurately and promptly.
2. Building strong relationships with internal and external customers to help achieve the business's goals, and ensuring sales orders are processed efficiently.
3. Monitoring stock levels in the branch to meet future demand and highlighting potential issues.
4. Collaborating with the Office/Counter Manager or Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Note: The above duties are not exhaustive and may be updated as needed.

Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is preferred but not essential.

Candidates should have prior sales experience and the ability to engage with customers to provide outstanding service.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm, with occasional Saturdays from 8am to 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu).
