Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Droylsden, North West
Role Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: £30,000 basic plus bonus

Your Opportunity:
Join a long-established and well-regarded supplier and installer of domestic and commercial flooring across the North West. We are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the team in Droylsden. This role offers the chance to play a key part in both customer sales and day-to-day office operations within a busy and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Advise customers on suitable flooring products and provide accurate quotations

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support

Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Support the wider sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assist management as required

Keep up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Previous experience in sales, account management, administration, or customer service

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident using MS Office, especially Excel; CRM experience is a plus

Must be outgoing, personable, and proactive

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

£30,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonus
