Job summary

Plumb Centre in Dalkeith is recruiting a Part Time Sales Advisor to greet customers at the trade counter and over the phone, provide friendly product advice and prepare quotations.

This 20-hour/week role (mornings) offers a £13,347 base salary, bonus opportunities and a benefits package, with branch performance as a driver.

Join a Wolseley Group specialist trade merchant network focused on customer service, teamwork and delivering reliable support to the Dalkeith branch.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential

Part Time Sales Advisor - Dalkeith - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Dalkeith to:

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.
