Job summary

Plumb Centre in Shipley is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our branch. The role is 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, mornings) with a Monday–Saturday branch, salary £13,347 plus bonus and benefits.

You will build relationships with trade customers at the counter and over the phone, provide product advice, prepare quotations, and help grow branch sales. A full driving license is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience.
• Confident, positive and approachable attitude.
• Genuine passion for providing great customer service.
• Team player with flexibility to support branch colleagues.

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales

• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential
