Join Virgin Holidays as a Sales Advisor, where you will deliver exceptional customer service while promoting our unique travel experiences. This full-time position involves engaging with customers, managing bookings, and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic team environment. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to make a difference and meet new challenges.

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide expert destination knowledge.
Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Utilize reservation systems for bookings and follow up on leads.
Hours: Full-time basis (37.5 hours a week) Mixture of days, evenings and weekend between the hours of Monday –- Friday 0900-2100 Saturday 0900-1900 Sunday 1000-1800
Location: Hybrid remote working up to 3 days a week in Crawley, West Sussex

Some of the key responsibilities for our advisors are:
Taking calls from our customers daily, offering them expert destination knowledge every time.
Using your personality, you'll adapt to each, and every customer bringing our amazing products to life and promote the Holiday experience to all in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
Being able to build relationships quickly, earn trust and be able to respond to customer’s needs.
Meeting and exceed set targets including conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction measures.
Achieve and exceed upsell targets to enhance customers travel experience.
Utilise multiple reservation systems to obtain quotations and to complete bookings
Follow up on all customer leads to maximise sales and exceed our customer requirements.

Proven customer service experience
Experience of working in a sale targeted role
Ability to work on own initiative and motivate others around them
Confidence with technology – we will train you in the systems we use, but sound experience in navigating a laptop and the internet is essential.
You’ll be pro-active and versatile with a passion for customer experience alongside working accurately under pressure.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
Exceptional ability to thrive under pressure and work well within a team environment
Aptitude to build rapport with the customer
Adaptable to flexible working hours and needs of the business
