Position: Sales Advisor - Colchester Branch

Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the trade counter by understanding their needs and recommending products
• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Carrying out warehouse duties such as picking, packing, organizing deliveries, and merchandising

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:00 am, with approximately 2 Saturdays a month from 07:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing, heating, or merchant industries is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive training provided
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Eager to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
