Overview
The successful Sales Advisor will meet and greet potential customers on resort, conduct tours and showcase available holiday homes (stock already sited and ready to sell). The role requires meeting monthly and annual sales targets and handling after-sales support while building strong customer relationships. Collaborate effectively with the sales team and owners, arrange appointments, handle telephone calls, and respond to online queries. Identify part exchange opportunities to maximise sales potential.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills; a driving licence and the ability to drive are essential
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred
- Professional skills: answering customer questions; ability to identify and anticipate needs; ability to exceed customer expectations

- Basic salary between £25-£30k depending on experience with uncapped commission and OTE £50+
