An established industry player is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to enhance their Sales team in the East region. This role involves utilizing your exceptional negotiating and influencing skills to drive sales while ensuring accurate processing of contracts. You will provide outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the home buying journey and maintaining the development's presentation. With a focus on market research and collaboration, this position offers a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact sales success. We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in our East region.
Using your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales whilst ensuring the effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our on-site IT systems. You will have previous experience in luxury branded sales in a housebuilding environment, along with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities include meeting customers, guiding them through the property specification, and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process. You will be responsible for maintaining the excellent presentation of the development at all times and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
You will carry out market research, collate reports for the sales management team, and contribute ideas during team discussions to meet all sales targets. An awareness of industry trends is advantageous, as you will be expected to keep your knowledge of key factors up to date.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. You should have excellent listening skills and be able to adapt your communication style to suit different individuals and media. Experience with Microsoft Office packages and confidence in utilising IT systems, especially managing onsite databases, are key requirements. Previous new homes sales experience, passion, enthusiasm, and a flair for selling are necessary. Weekend work and flexibility are required, along with a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
