In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers politely, patiently, and helpfully from the moment they enter the branch.
  • Operate the SOP system and handle customer transactions.
  • Deliver balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and foster a customer-first culture.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and managing stock procedures.
  • Keep the branch clean, tidy, well-presented, and stocked.
  • Support the Branch Manager in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Skills and Experience

  • Passion for and experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience as a sales advisor or in customer service.
  • Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the marine industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of SOP systems.
  • Result-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.
