In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers politely, patiently, and helpfully from the moment they enter the branch.
  • Work on SOP system and handle customer transactions.
  • Strive to achieve a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximize customer opportunities and promote a customer-first culture.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and managing stock procedures.
  • Maintain the branch’s cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels.
  • Support the Branch Manager in maintaining and developing customer relationships.

Skills And Experience

  • Passion for and experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor or customer service role.
  • Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of SOP systems.
  • Result-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.
