Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook – Banbridge Store!

Are you passionate about cooking and eager to share your kitchen expertise? ProCook is searching for a Sales Advisor to enhance our Banbridge Store team!

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our customer service experience, helping shoppers find the perfect kitchenware for their culinary adventures.

This is a permanent position, part-time!

Your Recipe for Success:

As a Sales Advisor, your mission is to create a warm and inviting shopping atmosphere, ensuring that every customer leaves delighted with their purchase.

A Typical Day at Work:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and assist them in their shopping journey.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
• Stay informed about our product offerings through training and personal experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Prepare the sales floor for the next day’s business.
  

Daily Activities:

• Greet every customer enthusiastically—make them feel at home.
• Showcase our kitchenware with excitement and confidence.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with inquiries.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving store operations.
• Regularly check stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Take on various other tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Driven to meet sales goals and contribute to the team.
• A friendly, approachable team player.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable using technology and familiar with POS systems.
