Job summary

Plumb Centre in Kettering is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to support trade customers at the counter and over the phone, 20 hours a week (4 hours per day, mornings).

You will build relationships, provide product advice, prepare quotations, and help drive branch sales, with relief driving a light commercial vehicle to deliver orders.

• Previous customer facing experience required.
• Confident, positive and approachable attitude.
• Great customer service passion.
• Team player with flexibility to support branch operations.

Salary:

£13,347 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Part Time Sales Advisor - Kettering (NN16 8PS) - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Kettering to:

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations

• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales

• Relief driving a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV - up to 3.5t) to deliver orders directly to our customers and their sites

So, if you’ve got:

• Previous customer facing experience

• A confident, positive and approachable attitude

• A genuine passion for providing great customer service

• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch

• A Full Driving License is essential
