Your Responsibilities

1. Work with your store team to impress our customers at every turn.
2. Provide excellent customer service, assisting with pre-sales queries, order completion, post-sales questions, and occasionally handling complaints.
3. Support promotional activities and store maintenance, reporting to your Store Manager.
4. Continuously seek ways to improve our store, service, and customer experience.
5. Learn about our products and collections to offer personalized advice.
6. Learn how to draw and cost a room to deliver flooring solutions.
